About the Role

Full-time | HQ Silom, Bangkok | WFH 1 day/week

We're looking for an IT Support & Webmaster Specialist to be the backbone of our technology and digital presence. You'll provide IT helpdesk support across 7 branches, manage cloud and business systems, and own our website, keeping content fresh, on-brand, and performing well.

Responsibilities

• First-line IT support for hardware, software, and networking (Dell & Apple, Windows & macOS)
• Support VoIP, access control, printing systems, and time attendance devices
• Troubleshoot Google Workspace issues (Gmail, Drive, Calendar)
• Manage cloud systems, DNS, Docker, and internal applications (PHP, Node.js, MySQL)
• Troubleshoot system issues through log analysis, service restarts, and minor code fixes
• Update and maintain website content, campaigns, and web analytics, aligned with brand guidelines
• Coordinate with marketing and development teams on digital projects
• Manage IT asset inventory, vendor coordination, and database support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk
• Hands-on with Windows, macOS, basic networking (Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, CCTV), and CMS (HTML/CSS/JS)
• Experience with cloud administration (CloudFlare, SSH, Docker) and Google Workspace
• Good communication in Thai and English
• Service-minded, detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury brand environments
• Knowledge of PHP, Node.js, SQL, GIT, API troubleshooting
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console
• Basic graphic and SEO skills
