Job Summary

To Monitor and handle AIS Fibre customers complaint using Internet services over FBB Networks.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and handle AIS Fiber customers using Internet services over FBB Networks
• Provide technical assistance to AIS Fiber customers those have technical problem via AIS Call center 1175
• Analyze problem root-causes and apply corrective action/preventive
• Co-ordinate with 2nd tier operation team, vendor and service partner if need to analysis in depth

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Communications Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or related field
• 0 - 3 years working experience in Broadband Internet, Telecommunication system, IT Networking
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Have programming skill such as python, Java, or low code will be an advantage
