Responsibilities

• Act as an Executive/Business Consultant, Interim Expert/Manager, Headhunter or Trainer/Coach for clients in your country/region.
• Operate as an entrepreneurial, self-employed Global Network Partner affiliated with INSECOGO®.
• Be the first contact person for clients in your country/region for your individual specialisations (sectors, functions, search methods).
• Accept and carry out projects only when you or the partnership have the necessary skills to ensure successful delivery.
• Work exclusively for clients as part of the partnership model where applicable (retainer model for Headhunting/Executive Search).
• Use the group's AI-powered HR software and state-of-the-art system technologies in consulting engagements.
• Leverage group synergies, cross-selling opportunities and support from social media marketing to secure and grow contacts and turnover.
• Protect and build your individual entrepreneurial performance within the network.

Qualifications

• Professional Executive/Business Consultant, Interim Expert/Manager, Headhunter or Trainer/Coach (m/f/d).
• Entrepreneurial and self-employed status in your country.
• Degree and additional relevant qualifications.
• Very good English language skills.
• Many years of consulting experience and experience as an expert or executive in top positions (C-level) on the client side.
• Strong task understanding, solution skills and verifiable high-quality references.
• Winning personality with sovereignty, communication and sales strength; passion for high quality and networked client work.
• Sympathetic, humorous and authentic person who identifies with our high quality, performance and social standards and social commitment.
