Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the project pre-cost quotation and feasibility assessment, technical exchanges, process planning and review, output project planning documents.
  主导项目前期成本报价及可行性评估、技术交流、工艺策划及评审，输出项目策划文件。
• Lead the new project development progress management and product trial production.
  主导新项目开发进度管理及产品试生产。
• Produce new project development process trial production plan, and is responsible for promoting.
  制作新项目开发过程试制计划，并负责推进。
• Responsible for planning new project equipment, molds, tooling transfer acceptance and usuage.
  负责规划新项目设备、模具、工装移转验收及使用。
• Held regular project stage review meetings, reviewed the progress of trial production, communicated and reported to management and functional department managers on high-risk items, researched solutions, and ensured the implementation as planned.
  定期召开项目阶段评审会议，对试生产进度进行检讨，并就高风险项和管理层及职能部门经理沟通与汇报，研究解决方案，确保按计划达成。
• Led the sorting and follow-up of the problem list during the project implementation, coordinated the cross-departmental team members to complete the project within the specified time, and ensured the smooth implementation of the project according to the time nodes.
  主导项目执行过程中的问题清单的梳理和跟进，协调跨部门小组成员在规定的时间内完成，保证项目按时间节点顺利实施。
• After the transfer of new projects, pull factory resources to ensure mass production.
  新项目移转后，拉动工厂资源确保项目顺利量产。
• Lead and output APQP complete documents.
  主导和输出APQP完整的文件。
• Other project-related work.
  其他项目相关工作。

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
  本科及以上学历。
• More than three years' experience in product development/project management in automotive parts industry, familiar with project development process in automotive parts industry.
  三年以上汽车零部件行业产品开发/项目管理经验，熟悉汽车零部件行业项目开发流程。
• Chinese, English and Thai can be used as working language.
  良好的中文、 英文、泰语运用能力，可以作为工作语言使用。
• Good communication and coordination skills.
  良好的沟通协调能力。

• Based in Rayong and Bangkok, Thailand.
  工作地点在泰国罗勇和曼谷。
• Work arrangement: onsite. Employment type: full-time.
