Electrical Engineer

About the Role

This position has 2 responsibilities: Preventive Maintenance of Electrical system and support project installation. For Preventive Maintenance of Electrical system, you will analyze preventive electrical maintenance tasks and take predictive electrical maintenance to system, monitoring and controlling all electrical maintenance tasks to ensure they are on track. You will follow up on PM action results and take action if required, which may include analysis, troubleshooting, consultation, supervision, coaching, and training of maintenance teams (day and shift). For supporting project installation, you will supervise or support the team to achieve project milestones in terms of both budget and time frame. Additionally, this position involves Knowledge Management for site staff, providing technical data or any assignments. You will supervise and manage regular technicians and outsource contractors for turnkey work.

• Plan and execute preventive maintenance activities for electrical systems and production equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, automation, and control system issues.
• Analyze machine breakdowns and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Support PLC, motor control, inverter, and instrumentation maintenance activities.
• Coordinate with Production and related departments to ensure machine availability and operational efficiency.
• Monitor utility systems and support energy-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, electrical standards, and company policies.
• Participate in machine improvement and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ year of experience in maintenance, electrical systems, automation, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, motor control, PLC, and industrial equipment.
• Experience with troubleshooting (Siemens, Nidec, ABB, etc.).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or electrical design software.
• Experience in preventive maintenance systems (PM/CMMS).
