A BOI promoted Thai-Japan-German JV in major manufacture of automotive part with Worldwide export. Our located in Amata City, Rayong Province (40 min from Pattaya, 90 mins from Bangkok), is a growing plant with about 1,000 employees. Currently products for the divisions Chassis Control, Powertrain Solutions, Diesel Systems and Electrical Drives are produced there. Also pass-through business is handled for several divisions.
Job Description
- Support various activities in project management department.
- Coordinate with cross functional team; engineering, manufacturing, quality and logistics department during project development phase
- Support project manager to monitor and control project tasks to be on track
- Assist in project planning, meeting organizer and minute meeting records.
- Work closely with project managers or end user to identify business needs
- Support task as assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
- Current student in Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, project management or related field.
- Good at written and spoken English or Chinese
- Computer skill e.g., SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Word.
- Good knowledge in drawings, project management, communication skills, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, team driven, multitasking, problem solving and enjoy international cooperation
- Please state your availability period for the internship (preferably those who can commit 4-12 months and can start as soon as possible).
