Responsibilities

• Support and maintain existing infrastructure (both legacy and current).
• Contribute to and advise on system architecture for new and existing projects (DevOps-related).
• Document processes and monitor performance metrics.
• Apply DevOps best practices and standards across projects.
• Mentor junior developers on DevOps responsibilities and tasks.
• Research, audit, and adopt new DevOps technologies and ideas beneficial to the company.
• Oversee and contribute to DevOps tasks across multiple projects and contribute to development tasks when required.
• Support Business Development and Project Managers regarding DevOps engineering.
• Help define Service Level Indicators (SLIs) and Objectives (SLOs).
• Engage in on-the-job learning and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of AWS and GCP.
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes (K8S), EKS, and infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (e.g., Kibana, Elasticsearch).
• Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi).
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Growth mindset, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
