Job Overview

This position assists the logistics team to complete daily operations, including goods receiving & warehousing, packing & delivery, document sorting, data maintenance, logistics system operation, as well as coordination and communication among internal teams, to ensure the smooth operation of the entire logistics process and help the incumbent master logistics-related knowledge and skills through work.

• After products arrive at the logistics center, operate the logistics delivery system to complete classified warehousing according to different storage temperature requirements of products.
• According to the order information in the delivery system, after completing the system outbound operation, complete product packing and delivery arrangement in accordance with different temperature control requirements.

Documentation, Data Maintenance and System Operation

• Assist in completing full-process recording and data entry of daily order processing and transportation activities to ensure accurate and traceable logistics data.
• Regularly maintain basic data of the logistics system, and cooperate with the team to complete inventory counting and data verification.

Coordination and Communication

• Assist in connecting with internal teams such as procurement, warehousing and sales, synchronize logistics progress, and ensure the consistency between logistics process and inventory plan.
• Cooperate with the team to solve small problems in daily logistics operations and feedback abnormal situations in time.

Ad Hoc Tasks

• Complete other logistics-related work or projects assigned by the superior supervisor.

Communication and Teamwork Capabilities

• Have clear and smooth expression ability, can accurately transmit logistics information, connect with the needs of different teams, and respond to work communication quickly.
• Have an open and collaborative team awareness, actively cooperate with the team to achieve work goals, and can voluntarily undertake work content within one's capability.
• Proficient in Korean and have basic English reading and writing skills, to meet the requirements of cross-border business communication and document processing and can accurately understand work instructions.
• When encountering abnormal logistics situations, can flexibly communicate and coordinate, and cooperate with all parties to promote problem solving.

Professional Skills and Qualities

• College degree or above, majors in logistics management, supply chain management, international trade are preferred, and outstanding current students are welcome to apply.
• Familiar with office software operation, can quickly learn and adapt to the daily operation of the company's logistics information system.
• Work carefully and conscientiously, be sensitive to numbers, and can ensure the accuracy of data entry and document sorting.
• Capable of basic manual work (handling and sorting regular goods), and meet the employment safety requirements of logistics companies.
• Interested in the logistics industry, willing to learn new knowledge and master new skills at work, with a positive and proactive attitude.
