About the Role

The TTM Practitioner provides Thai traditional medicine treatments and wellness services to hotel guests to five-star standards, including Thai massage, herbal compress therapy, herbal steam and other traditional therapies. The role covers assessing each guest’s health condition and needs before treatment, recommending suitable programmes, and performing treatments safely and correctly under Thai traditional medicine principles. The TTM Practitioner keeps treatment rooms, tools and herbal products clean and hygienic, keeps accurate guest treatment records, and gives guests helpful wellness advice. The role also supports the spa team in developing new treatments and promoting wellness programmes, and requires a valid Thai Traditional Medicine practitioner licence.
