About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Fixed Asset Accounting role based in Bang Phli. The Senior Fixed Asset Accountant will manage the complete fixed asset lifecycle and support month-end and year-end closing activities related to fixed assets.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full fixed asset lifecycle: capitalization, depreciation, disposals, transfers.
• Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and prepare schedules and reconciliations between fixed asset sub‑ledger and general ledger.
• Perform physical asset verification and support inventory of fixed assets.
• Prepare fixed asset-related journal entries and disclosures for financial statements during month‑end and year‑end close.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant accounting standards (TFRS, IFRS) and tax laws.
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and finance teams on capital projects.
• Support internal and external audits of fixed assets.
• Contribute to process improvements and system enhancements related to fixed asset accounting (including SAP FI/AA).

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in finance and financial statements with experience preparing fixed asset reports.
• Proficiency with accounting software and SAP FI/AA modules for fixed asset management and reporting.
• Solid knowledge of TFRS, IFRS and tax laws and experience reconciling fixed asset sub‑ledger to general ledger.
• Advanced analytical skills to investigate variances and assess asset performance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification (e.g., BOI) is an advantage.
• Several years of experience in fixed asset accounting or general accounting, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Willingness to work on-site in Bang Phli and support continuous improvement of accounting processes and controls.
