Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

About the Role

Pharmaceutical Sales Representative responsible for developing and executing sales strategies and managing regional relationships to achieve assigned sales targets in overseas markets.

Responsibilities

• Based on the sales strategy of the Marketing Center and the current market development in the assigned region, develop detailed sales strategies aligned with actual market needs.
• Manage regional distributors, including distributor evaluation, onboarding, cooperation, performance assessment, and termination.
• Promote the development and maintenance of the regional KOL (Key Opinion Leader) network and support the organization of local academic activities.
• Conduct market research and collect market intelligence, providing timely reports and feedback; assist with local product registration or filing processes.
• Achieve the sales targets for the assigned region.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) with strong communication skills. Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• At least 2 years of frontline overseas sales experience in the medical device or medical consumables industry.
• Experience working in sales across different overseas markets is preferred.
