Product IT Specialist

Key Job Purpose

Be responsible for implementing, integrating, and supporting Sysmex healthcare IT solutions (HCLAB/LIS) at customer sites. Ensures stable system operations and high customer satisfaction by providing technical expertise, on-site support, and close collaboration with Application, Service, Sales, and Regional IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, install, configure, and upgrade healthcare software (HCLAB/LIS) at customer sites
• Perform LIS–HIS interface testing, support UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and provide technical support during system go-live to ensure stable operations
• Ensure system stability, data integrity, and compliance with deployment procedures
• Provide on-site and remote technical support to hospitals and laboratories
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Monitor recurring issues and coordinate with Regional IT teams when escalation is required
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance to ensure reliable system performance
• Conduct end-user training for hospital IT staff and laboratory users
• Support technical and application training for internal staff and distributors
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting manuals
• Maintain accurate service records, installation logs, and support activities in CRM
• Prepare technical reports and service documentation as required by Manager/Supervisor
• Collaborate closely with Application Specialists, Service Engineers, Sales, and Regional IT teams
• Collect customer feedback and market information to support service improvement and business development
• Support service-related customer events to enhance Sysmex brand and customer satisfaction
• Support the improvement and automation of service-related documents and forms to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT implementation, healthcare software deployment, or hospital IT systems
• Hands-on experience with SQL Server and/or Oracle
• Good knowledge of SQL Server and/or Oracle database operations
• Basic understanding of hospital IT environment and system integration
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with LIS/HIS and HL7 integration (desired but not essential)
• Basic application knowledge in hematology, hemostasis, urinalysis, immunology, or biochemistry (desired but not essential)
• Flexible to respond to customer request and regional meeting/training
