Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Partner with the regional leadership team to understand business goals and translate them into actionable HR and recruitment strategies aligned with the company’s Digital Commerce TSP business.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for the Thailand region, focusing on hiring talents within the e-commerce, digital marketing, livestream, KOL/affiliate, creator management, and digital commerce industries.
• Work closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, source qualified candidates, conduct interviews, and support business growth through strategic talent acquisition initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through various local recruitment channels, social platforms, networking, and industry communities related to e-commerce and digital marketing.
• Support employee engagement and foster a fast-paced, performance-driven, and collaborative working culture within a multicultural environment.
• Promote continuous learning and development by encouraging employees to participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between employees and management, handling employee relations matters in a professional and timely manner to maintain a positive working environment.
• Ensure HR practices comply with Thailand labor laws, employment regulations, and internal company policies.
• Support regional hiring initiatives and collaborate with APAC teams to strengthen overall recruitment and organizational growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or Talent Acquisition, preferably within the e-commerce, digital marketing, internet, agency, livestream, or digital commerce industry.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and local hiring practices in Thailand.
• Familiar with recruitment channels and talent mapping within e-commerce, digital marketing, creator economy, KOL/affiliate, and livestream industries.
• Strong business understanding with the ability to align recruitment strategies with business growth and operational needs.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven, and multicultural environment is highly preferred.
• Has an entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, and passion to grow together with a dynamic team.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in English and Thai, both written and verbal. Chinese language skills will be a plus.
