Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional advice on brand products and services to customers.
• Create a good buying experience and build strong customer relationships.
• Analyze customer needs and present suitable products.
• Maintain sales performance in line with company targets.
• Ensure the tidiness of the sales area and product display according to brand standards.
• Continuously update knowledge about products, new collections, and lifestyle trends.
• Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns at the store.
• Handle customer complaints or issues appropriately and quickly.
• Manage basic stock and coordinate with relevant teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / Vocational Certificate or equivalent.
• Experience in Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle sales, or Customer Service will be given special consideration.
• Good personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Service-minded and able to work under pressure.
• Interested in fashion, lifestyle, or product trends.
• Able to work in shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• Basic English communication is required (strong communication skills in English will be an advantage).
