Senior IT Manager - Warehouse Management System (BJC-DSC Logistics)

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the country WMS product portfolio, ensuring alignment with global standards (WMS Product Suite).
• Develop and maintain the WMS roadmap, including feature planning, lifecycle management, upgrades, and future digital capabilities.
• Drive innovation by evaluating new warehouse technologies (automation, IoT, robotics, AI/analytics tools).
• Lead quality assurance, release validation, and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain the country IT cost models for WMS deployment and sustainment.
• Participate in customer solution design to ensure operational feasibility and cost accuracy.
• Coordinate WMS delivery requirements with Project Management Leads and implementation teams.
• Ensure projects meet scope, cost, timeline, and quality commitments.
• Drive the product approval process for new implementations, ensuring the right product aligns with operation needs.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and ensure learnings feed back into the product roadmap.
• Oversee delivery of IT services for warehouse solutions.
• Act as escalation point for critical WMS issues and coordinate with vendors, global teams, and local support.
• Ensure stable service delivery through structured release management, change control, and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years working experience in IT preferably in logistics industry.
• Experience in project implementation and support for WMS/TMS System.
• Good Analytical and Troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent knowledge in Contract logistics processes for various industry sectors.
• Experience in Product Implementation and Multi-Country Roll out Methodologies.
• Functional experience in WMS/TMS implementations.
• Knowledge of EDI interfaces.
• Strong experience of SQL/Oracle database.
• Experience in SDLC will be advantageous.
• Fluent in Thai and good to communication in English.

Additional Information

• Apart from head office (BJC building) at Sukhumvit 42 (Soi Rubia), able to travel and work in outer area of Bangkok required.
