Marketing Operations Associate (Junior - Senior)

About the Role

Bitkub | Thailand's Digital Asset Exchange. This position is working on-site 5 days. (Flexible working hours)

Responsibilities

• Initiative the planning and execution of marketing operations across multiple channels.
• Manage the marketing calendar and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
• Optimize marketing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal teams to execute campaigns.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations or related roles.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems. (Using Braze is a plus.)
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets and related marketing strategies.
• English TOEIC score of 600+
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Cross-functional coordination.
• Passionate in Cryptocurrency, Blockchain Technology, Start-Up, FinTech, Digital currency, Tokenization
