Ensure and manage the Sales Forces in the responsible Zone to deliver and achieve the company target by designing the initiatives to support and drive all key drivers.

• Develop sales and marketing strategies for responsible zone to achieve sales target as set, ensure that all initiatives align with Agency’s key drivers.
• Identify risk factors that prevent business from achieving its target and develop management plan to ensure continuity and success of business
• Handle and resolve customer and agency force complaints regarding to fraud case by providing cooperation with related party (ORM, Agency Quality Management)
• Identify need-to-improve areas in his responsible zone, analyze and propose solution to close gap.
• Monitor and control budget to ensure the budget is spent into the right decision and good return as well as balancing on sales demanding and not overrun
