Service Project Manager

About the Role

Reports to: Service Project Management Manager. Work model: onsite. This role contributes to the Electrification Service in Thailand.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of small projects with low complexity and lead the allocated project team.
• Monitor and control project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
• Identify, qualify, quantify and manage project risks and ensure all opportunities are identified and pursued.
• Define and apply basic project scheduling techniques to manage schedule risks proactively.
• Drive formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and customer acknowledgment in accordance with the contract.
• Ensure adherence to team collaboration objectives to maximize results for ABB.
• Manage relationships with stakeholders in own area of responsibility and ensure alignment.
• Pursue personal development by seeking knowledge and learning opportunities within the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
• About 3 - 5 years of experience managing projects in electrical, industrial, or service sectors.
• Skilled in project planning tools — MS Project.
• Experience in risk management, contract handling, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• PM or equivalent project management certification is an advantage.
