Responsibilities

• Lead development of AI apps, automations, and internal tools for global clients
• Architect systems, integrations, and scalable application structures
• Collaborate directly with business & IT stakeholders to design technical solutions
• Mentor and support junior developers and ensure best practices
• Build and maintain Custom Components
• Review code and ensure quality, performance, and security standards
• Develop strategies to extend and improve no-code/low-code integrations
• Write and maintain clear technical documentation
• Stay current with modern development, AI, and automation technologies
• Support planning, estimation, and delivery of projects

Requirements

• Candidates with full working rights for Thailand
• Fluent in English
• 5+ years in full-stack development
• Experience in leading a technical team or mentoring developers
• Strong experience designing software architecture for web or mobile
• Advanced JavaScript, HTML, CSS; experience with React is a strong plus
• Experience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL or Snowflake preferred)
• Strong API design & integration experience
• Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodology
• Experience with no-code or low-code platforms is a plus
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and technical decision-making
• A master's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus
