About the Role

We are looking for a Finance Associate to join the Regional Financial Strategy team, supporting financial planning, performance monitoring, and strategic analysis across multiple markets. This role focuses on understanding overall business performance across multiple markets, consolidating insights from local teams, and enabling data-driven decision-making for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end preparation of financial performance updates for senior management meetings, consolidate insights from multiple markets, validate data consistency, track key business drivers, and identify performance gaps and emerging issues.
• Assist in regional budgeting and re-forecasting processes; build, maintain, and optimize financial models to ensure standardized reporting and support scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Evaluate effectiveness of spending and investments at a regional level, support analysis of financial business cases, and provide structured financial frameworks for decision-making.
• Act as the regional-to-local bridge: cascade regional directives into actionable local tasks, coordinate with country finance teams to ensure timely and accurate inputs, and tailor analytical approaches to each market's context.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in auditing, consulting, investment banking, or strategy roles.
• Strong knowledge in financial analysis, financial modelling, and forecasting.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Good systematic thinking, stakeholder management, and strong attention to detail.
• Good attitude and ability to work under pressure and time restrictions.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
