Business Development Executive/Senior (Forex)

About the Role

As Moneta Markets accelerates its expansion strategy in 2026, we are strengthening our Thailand team and looking for ambitious professionals to join our Business Development function. Location: Bangkok | BHIRAJ Tower at EmQuartier. Onsite. Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Drive partner acquisition and relationship management (IBs, Affiliates, Strategic Partners)
• Identify new revenue opportunities and contribute to Thailand market expansion
• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with regional growth plans
• Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Operations, and Compliance teams
• Ensure all business activities operate within regulatory and company compliance frameworks

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnership Management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to manage and grow revenue pipelines
• Comfortable working in a regulated financial services environment
• Forex / CFD / FinTech background is a plus but not mandatory
