What the day will look like

• Manage actuarial valuation projects end-to-end, including data collection, analysis, valuation processes, preparation of actuarial reports, and coordination with clients and auditors.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by working closely with clients and senior consultants, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
• Analyze and interpret client and market data, translating insights into high-quality, practical solutions.
• Conduct client-specific market studies, benchmarking, and analysis of employee benefits programs.
• Support and collaborate with senior consultants on non-valuation engagements, including provident fund advisory, benefits reviews, financial wellbeing initiatives, and investment-related consulting projects.
• Serve as the primary point of contact and coordinator for employee benefits surveys, working closely with global and regional teams on survey execution and reporting.
• Support human capital–related initiatives and events led by the Health, Wealth, and Talent teams.
• Collaborate with Aon teams to support cross-selling initiatives across Commercial Risk and Human Capital, locally and globally.
• Participate as a speaker or presenter in client and industry events alongside senior consultants and team leaders.
• Proactively keep clients informed of relevant market trends, regulatory developments, and industry updates.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, Accounting, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Prior experience in financial services or a related global consulting firm is preferred.
• Fluency in Thai and strong proficiency in English.
• Strong analytical, logical, and structured thinking skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Business-oriented mindset with strong numerical, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain effective client relationships.
• Execution-focused, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and proactively resolve issues.
• Project management experience is an advantage.
• Open-minded with a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Basic programming knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
