Job Responsibilities

• Study hospital pharmaceutical requirements to ensure proposed products meet specifications and standards.
• Prepare complete tender documentation, including product information, pricing, delivery terms, and value-added offers.
• Bidding & Proposal Submission /Participate in tender and bidding processes by presenting competitive proposals based on product quality, pricing, and service conditions.
• Manage and ensure timely delivery of pharmaceuticals in accordance with contract terms.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with hospitals to ensure smooth tender submission and execution.
• Reporting & Market Analysis, Prepare tender result reports, procurement summaries, and analyze market trends within the pharmaceutical industry.
