Hungarian Localization Testers (Native) - Freelance

About the Role

We are looking for highly skilled freelance Hungarian Localization Testers to join our team on a project-by-project basis in Bangkok. This is an onsite (RWS Bangkok) freelance role contributing to localization quality assurance by combining functional testing with linguistic review.

Responsibilities

• Perform linguistic testing of user interfaces to identify translation errors, grammatical mistakes, spelling issues, and terminology inconsistencies.
• Conduct functional and internationalization testing to find text truncation, layout problems, display errors, and regional formatting inconsistencies across devices (smartphones, smartwatches, etc.).
• Document and report bugs clearly and actionably using internal spreadsheets.
• Execute test plans and complex test cases precisely, following detailed instructions.

Qualifications

• Native-level Hungarian language proficiency with strong linguistic expertise and cultural knowledge.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to spot subtle linguistic and functional issues.
• Comfortable working with multiple devices and proficient with Google Drive and Google Sheets.
• Strong critical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and clear communication for reporting bugs.
• Previous experience in localization, quality assurance, or linguistic roles is a significant plus.
