Production Planner Rx

My day at EssilorLuxottica

• Work with EMTC production planer, Regional industrial planer and Distribution planner to get demand for production.
• Coordinate with production to get the capacity.
• Coordinate with NPI and maintenance team to get the capacity impact related with project and maintenance activity.
• Create production scheduling for production according to demands receive and base on production constraints.
• Manage, monitor and control production output according to the plan.
• To monitor inventory flow from DC & receive back to DC are based on scheduling plan.
• Day to day issue follow-up with production and DC.
• Work closely with procurement to monitor consumable for production and DC.
• Submit assigned daily WIP simulation, weekly report, and monthly indicator report.
• Ensure proper procedures and internal controls are in place.
• Attend the daily and weekly meeting to report the results and discuss further steps (if need)
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Comply with law regulation and ISO management system related to company (ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001), manage the related audit or participate to them if appropriated.
