Presale Engineer (AI)

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven Pre-sales Engineer to join our fantastic sales team. Responsibilities include conducting market research and analyzing trends, performing product presentations and demonstrations to staff and customers, gathering feedback and offering recommendations to clients, and facilitating training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough market research, including desktop research and attending rival product launches; identify new market opportunities and relay findings to the Manager and other stakeholders
• Answer product-related questions in a polite manner and address queries promptly
• Collaborate and strategize with the business, data sciences and engineering teams
• Attend workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing
• Perform product presentations and demonstrations for customers, staff, and other stakeholders
• Assist with the development of business plans
• Make product recommendations and suggestions to increase revenue
• Support Sales on cost reviewing and coordinate internally with Data and Development teams for project cost estimation
• Cover technical topics and tasks for Sales activities
• Prepare and manage Sales-related documents (e.g., proposals, comply tables, certificates and other related documents)

Qualifications

• At least 5 years' experience as pre-sales for Technical IT products is a must
• Proven track record in market research and analysis
• Ability to memorize details such as product specifications
• Strong communication and presentation skills; articulate and able to perform demonstrations that engage and inspire
• Deadline-driven and willing to work after hours when required
• Knowing how to code in any programming language is a big plus
• Superb verbal and written communication skills and excellent telephone etiquette
• Proficient with MS Excel or related spreadsheet applications
• Good English, both oral and written
