About the Role

We are seeking a QA/QC Engineer (ELV Systems) to support quality management and documentation control for low-voltage and intelligent systems within MEP works. This role ensures ELV system installations meet project specifications, contract requirements, and internal quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections for ELV systems including CCTV, access control, security systems, and structured cabling
• Review system installations for compliance with design specifications, drawings, and contract requirements
• Manage documentation and records, including drawings, as-built documents, test reports, and submissions
• Conduct quality audits, identify non-conformities, and track rectification actions through to closure
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and other disciplines (MEP, structural, fit-out) to resolve technical and interface issues
• Support installation, testing, and commissioning of ELV systems
• Apply QA/QC processes such as ITPs, inspections, and reporting procedures and ensure proper document control and archiving
• Provide regular updates on quality status, risks, and progress to project stakeholders

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in ELV Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Electronics / Communications, MEP or related engineering disciplines
• At least 2–4 years of experience in ELV system installation, construction, testing, commissioning, or QA/QC/document control within construction projects
• Experience in data centres, cleanrooms, or high-spec facilities is an advantage

Technical Skills

• Familiarity with ELV systems: structured cabling (UTP, FTP, Fiber Optic), CCTV, access control, alarm systems, intelligent building/communication networks, grounding/shielding and ELV distribution systems
• Ability to read and interpret ELV system drawings, cabling diagrams, and network architecture diagrams
• Knowledge of QA/QC tools and processes (ITP, NCR, CAPA, audits), document control (drawings, submissions, as-built documentation), and testing & commissioning procedures

Language Skills

• Proficient in Thai and English (spoken and written); able to communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and local authorities

• Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and proactively resolve issues
• Comfortable working in a site-based, fast-paced environment
