Responsibilities

• Build and maintain next-generation programs that involve AI/ML and Generative AI technologies as part of the software development lifecycle.
• Participate in in-house software development for Web-based systems and software tools (Front End, Backend, Database).
• Design, develop, and validate Web-based system software to support company in-house software component deployment for high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm approaches and strategies to improve Web-based systems and software tools.
• Enhance and build efficient programs and systems based on User Requirement Specification (URS).
• Participate in WD’s Early Career program including structured onboarding, mentorship, and development curriculum.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Informatics, Electronics, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• Internship/Co-op period: at least 4–6 months.
• Programming skills in one or more areas: Python, Kubernetes, microservices, ASP.NET (C#), SQL, RESTful API, React.js, Node.js, JavaScript, and database design.
• Must have AI/ML and Generative AI knowledge and project experience.
• Quick learner with a positive mindset and excellent cooperation skills.
• Excellent logical thinking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
• Strong motivation and enthusiasm for professional development.
• Good level of English proficiency (written/verbal).
