About the Role

Lead end-to-end planning of physical network expansion to support organizational growth targets for 2026 and beyond. Manage project execution for new facility openings, coordinate cross-functional activities, oversee 4PL partners, and use data-driven insights to optimize capacity, cost and operational performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning of physical network expansion to support organizational growth targets for 2026 and beyond.
• Manage project execution for new facility openings, including timeline tracking, cross-functional coordination, and process optimization.
• Lead and manage 4PL partners, ensuring performance exceeds targets in terms of service quality, operational efficiency, and cost control.
• Develop and maintain monthly network expansion plans, ensuring optimal capacity utilization and cost efficiency.
• Monitor, analyze, and report performance against expansion and operational targets, with a strong focus on capacity planning and optimization.
• Drive special projects such as lead time analysis, space utilization studies, and capacity assessments, including ensuring on-time hub openings and timely replacement of facilities when required.
• Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize the existing network, improving efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
• Support last-mile optimization initiatives by identifying capacity constraints and proposing actionable, data-backed improvement strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in business development, project management, or management consulting.
• Proficient in English (written and verbal).
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and related software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Expertise in project management and timeline tracking.
