Pre-Sales Solutions Manager - Thailand

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Generative AI (GAI) Presales Consultant with strong expertise in the latest generative AI technologies, voicebots, and chatbots. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in understanding customer requirements, designing tailored AI solutions, and driving collaboration across internal teams to deliver exceptional results. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for a series of pre-sales work for overseas projects, including business research, market analysis and solution design; cooperate with sales/BD to expand the market.
• Develop general and case-by-case solutions for governments, banks, and other financial institutions, including consulting solutions, bidding proposals, and other related materials.
• Participate in the preliminary stages of projects: conduct market research and business value mining, understand clients’ needs and participate in business model design; communicate with clients and cooperate with product/delivery teams to ensure delivery.
• Quickly learn and master professional industry knowledge in the corresponding field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields, with at least 5 years' work experience in big data risk management pre-sales or risk system consulting.
• At least 10 years of work experience; hands-on experience with voicebots and chatbots and their application.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI technologies, including large language models.
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), speech-to-text (STT), and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies.
• Proficient oral English and Thai.
• Strong communication skills, good adaptability, positive pressure handling and excellent teamwork abilities.
• Ability to adapt to short-term business trips.
