Business Consultant (Change management)

About the Role

Business Consultant (Change management) at フォーティエンスコンサルティング株式会社. Consultants in this position will lead business consulting engagements focusing on system design, process design, technology selection, solution implementation support, project management and enterprise system utilization assessment, with a focus on SCM and production-related operations.

Responsibilities

• System grand design & transformation strategy.
• Process design and technology selection.
• Solution implementation support and project management.
• Enterprise system utilization assessment.
• Design and implementation of SCM & production-related technology (ERP, WMS, MES, TMS) as service provider or internal business analyst.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of technology implementation experience for SCM & production processes or sub-operations (planning, sales, production, logistics, warehouse, transportation, purchase, equipment maintenance).
• Experience at a business/management consulting firm, technology consulting firm, or as an internal consultant/business analyst in digital transformation / information system planning.
• Experience in at least three ERP implementations (SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, Infor, QAD), including requirements definition phase.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and production management concepts and domain expertise in at least one area: supply chain planning, material planning, production planning, sales management, production management, purchase, warehouse management, inventory management, or logistics/transportation management.

Skills

• Language: English (business proficiency), Thai (native).
• Problem solving, logical thinking and modeling/documentation skills.
• Presentation and effective communication, interviewing, negotiation/influencing and stakeholder management skills.
• Team leadership and people management skills.
• Experience with technology vendor selection, project investment evaluation and solution selling is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in business development and/or solution selling.
• Willingness to collaborate with international teams and participate in global projects.
• Project management experience on technology consulting projects for SCM & production or ERP/WMS/MES/TMS implementation in manufacturing or related industries.

• Work arrangement: hybrid (work from home allowed but not fully remote; frequent onsite work at office expected).
