Digital & Process Innovation Assistant Manager - ADM

Responsibilities

• Module ownership: assist with end-to-end configuration of the ADM module and ensure ADM-related master data is logically structured.
• Review country roll-out blockers and coordinate alignment with internal stakeholders (OET and FPMS) on priorities and timelines.
• Validate that new functionalities do not break existing operational flows; identify optimal application capabilities to support business requirements and efficient operations.
• Translate business needs into ITBRs with clear acceptance criteria for developers and provide test cases for UAT; ensure UAT execution and that bugs are fixed before production deployment.
• Define SOPs for how ROCS users (Ops & BAT) interact with the ADM module (accrual process, AR/AP posting, reversal, credit check, etc.).
• Create training materials including system user manuals, training videos, and documentation.
• Cross-domain collaboration: proactively align ADM configurations and documents (invoice/credit note templates) with other domain owners to avoid conflicting rules and communicate process changes.
• Coordinate with FPMS for operational data affecting accounting and company financial settings, align with OET to gather country-specific requirements and rollout gaps, and share training materials for system roll-out.
• Work with ITPM and assigned developers to prioritize and steer module development aligned with the ODE plan and manage a continuous feedback mechanism for improvement.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or IT.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in Product Management or Finance.
• Strong analytical skills and structured thinking.
• Ability to bridge business needs and system improvements with accounting compliance.
• Capacity to see the bigger picture from commercial/customer and operational/internal perspectives.
• Strong ability to align with stakeholders at all levels and lead cross-functional initiatives across multiple projects.
• High degree of accountability and results-driven mindset; capable of growing and forming a regional team and performing under pressure.
• Professional use of English; other languages are a plus.
