Assistant Chief of Planning & Analyst

What you will do?

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies that boost sales while optimizing budget and ROI
• Craft channel-specific activation plans based on shopper insights and category performance data
• Design and implement engaging in-store visibility and promotional campaigns
• Build productive relationships with key retail partners to secure prime positioning and promotions
• Lead cross-functional projects with sales, marketing and agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns
• Develop and mentor your team members through coaching and performance development
• Evaluate campaign performance using key metrics and optimize future initiatives accordingly

What you will need?

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• At least 1 years of experience in trade marketing, category management or sales analysis
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Creative problem-solving mindset
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to inspire and develop team members
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
