Operations Excellence - First Mile & Hub (SPX Express)

About the Role

Responsible for end-to-end hub operational efficiency improvement including but not limited to productivity push, setting KPIs, exploring technological solutions.

• Work closely with related stakeholders as a PMO to ensure smoothness in new facility set up and within expected timeline
• Design and implement scalable solutions on space utilization and working flow in the hub to reduce bottlenecks
• Collaborate with the hub operation team to monitor each facilities' performance and help escalating issues to related teams
• Research market practices and new technologies, conduct feasibility and implementation plan

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, logistics, engineering or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce, project management, and data analysis.
• Outstanding analytical and numerical skills, comfortable working with large sets of data and complex analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in a creative and effective manner.
• Having a grid to follow through implementation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, being able to influence different stakeholders to make things happen.
• Comfortable in fast paced environment and adaptive to changes.
• Knowledge in SQL is a plus.
