Job Summary

Accounts Executive is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts and bank reconciliation for month-end and yearly closing.
• Prepare and file Quarterly GST returns with Singapore tax authority.
• Process employee claims and ensure they comply with the company’s policy.
• Prepare cash flow forecast and inter-company debts settlement.
• Liaise with the external auditors, tax agents, and bankers on audit, taxation, banking, and other finance related matters.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting records and the transactions are adhered to the company’s policies, accounting standards and statutory regulations.
• Perform ad hoc tasks assigned by line managers.

Education

• Possess Diploma or Higher certificate with one (1) year working experience

Skills

• Proven working experience as Financial Planning and Analysis
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases
• Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Good skills in computer, especially Microsoft Excel
• Good time management skills
• High dependency with sense of urgency, responsibility and result oriented
