About the Role

As Binance’s Global Head of AI, you will architect and lead the intelligence layer of the world’s largest crypto ecosystem. You will drive cutting-edge R&D and real-world deployment of LLMs, recommender systems, multi-agent frameworks, and generative AI to create adaptive, trustworthy, and creative AI systems at scale.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Binance’s AI and Algorithm organization — a cross-disciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and product innovators.
• Define and execute the AI strategy, uniting personalization, generative agents, and Web3 intelligence into a cohesive product vision.
• Drive end-to-end innovation in strategic areas including Personalized Binance (intelligent onboarding, dynamic trading guidance, community discovery, personalized learning journeys), AI-native support ecosystems (self-learning, multilingual customer service), and AI × Web3 initiatives (AI-generated meme economies, agent-driven DeFi, personalized crypto narratives).
• Foster collaboration with product, engineering, and data teams to translate breakthrough models into scalable, production-grade systems.
• Attract, grow, and inspire world-class AI talent across research, engineering, and product, building a global center of excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven AI leader with deep experience building and scaling high-impact AI/ML or LLM teams.
• Hands-on technical strategist, fluent in model design, architecture decisions, and driving product outcomes.
• Experience building AI products at scale, with background in personalization, recommendation, natural language systems, or agentic architectures.
• Entrepreneurial thinker passionate about open systems, blockchain, and the emerging data ownership economy.
• Visionary communicator able to inspire across research, product, engineering, and executive leadership.
• Familiarity with financial markets, trading systems, or crypto/Web3 ecosystems is a strong plus.

• This position will be based in APAC or UAE and work remotely.
