About the Role

Responsible for communicating AIA products, services, brands and corporate developments to external stakeholders and internal employees. Coordinate development of advertising and marketing communication materials and multimedia packages; develop and implement internal communication strategy; apply communication strategies to raise awareness and encourage target response.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development of advertising and marketing communication materials to effectively represent AIA products, services and brands
• Apply various communication strategies to create an impression, raise awareness and encourage a preference and response by the target audience
• Develop and implement AIA's internal communication strategy so that all employees can find and understand relevant information
• Implement policies and programmes to increase employee awareness and knowledge of activities affecting employees
• Develop and coordinate lines of communication within AIA
• Develop and coordinate multimedia packages
• Explore opportunities to improve workflow and build a healthy environment
• Perform other related tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth
