TH Warehouse Operation Excellent (PMO) - Fresh Graduate

About the Role

Our Operation Excellence team is the "brain" of the warehouse. We don't just move boxes; we design the systems and strategies that make Shopee’s logistics the best in the country. We are looking for fresh graduates to help improve performance, design new layouts, and test the latest warehouse technology.

Responsibilities

• Support high-impact projects across operations excellence depending on skills and assignment.
• Strategy & Growth: collect and analyse data to plan for future capacity, increase productivity and lower per-item costs.
• Performance Tracking (KPIs): help set targets for warehouses, monitor performance and assist teams to recover when KPIs lag.
• Warehouse Design & Automation: contribute to warehouse layout design and plan for automation such as conveyors and sorting machines.
• Cost Management: work on budgets, manpower planning and identify waste-reduction opportunities.
• Tech & Innovation: test new Warehouse Management System (WMS) features and provide feedback to improve them.
• Safety & Facilities: support HSSE initiatives and help manage building maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with a degree in Engineering (Industrial preferred), Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Analytical mindset with comfort using Excel for data analysis.
• Creative problem solver who asks "Is there a better way to do this?"
• Good communicator able to explain complex ideas simply and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Active and hands-on willingness to spend time in the warehouse to observe real-world operations.
