T&T Consultant - Oracle ERP Financials- TH

Responsibilities

• Review customer requirements, lead business consultation discussions and translate requirements into specification documents for application design and configuration.
• Support UAT testing: investigate issues raised in UAT and coordinate with users and developers for techno-functional queries.
• Identify strategies, risks and options; recommend approaches to avoid problems and meet client needs.
• Lead, coach and advise a small project team and manage their performance (depending on project structure).
• Provide clients with design options using prototypes; set up, document and test the Oracle system and apply Oracle methodologies.
• Build trust with clients, teammates and managers to ensure project delivery; contribute to business development and stay updated on industry trends and Oracle features.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management or related; CPA qualification or Master’s preferable but not essential.
• At least 5 years of Oracle Financials experience (Cloud Financials or EBS) and a minimum of 1 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementation.
• Experience working directly with clients, managing full life-cycle projects or large implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials.
• Understanding of end-to-end functionality for Fixed Assets, Cloud Accounts Payable, Cloud Accounts Receivable, Cloud Assets and Cloud Cash Management.
• Oracle Cloud Certification in Finance modules preferred (preferably Fixed Assets).
• Functional experience implementing Oracle ERP Cloud modules, facilitating global design workshops, business process analysis, system integration, requirement analysis and delivering functional design documents; provide implementation support, bug fixes and customer support.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills; commitment to personal learning and development, effective communication and relationship-building with stakeholders and team members.
