Region Manager (North)

About the Role

Drive operational excellence across our key regional hubs in the North, South, or Northeast. Reporting to the RC Operations Lead, you will spearhead end-to-end sorting operations in a high-volume, semi-automated environment. We are looking for a mobile leader capable of managing multi-site throughput and ensuring 100% volume completion across locations such as:

• North: Chiang Mai, Phitsanulok

Responsibilities

• Overhaul daily sorting flows and BPO performance to consistently hit throughput KPIs.
• Modernize SOPs and resolve bottlenecks in semi-automated systems to eliminate stuck parcels.
• Lead, mentor, and align labor requirements for Area Managers and large-scale frontline teams to handle peak surges.
• Partner with First/Last Mile, Linehaul, and HSE to ensure seamless logistics transitions and a safe workplace.
• Manage multi-site throughput and ensure 100% volume completion across assigned locations.
• Support 24/7 operations through shift planning and operational coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8–10 years in logistics/warehouse operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a Sorting Center, Warehouse fulfillment, or high-volume distribution hub.
• Experience with semi-automated sorting systems.
• Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel / Google Sheet.
• Familiarity with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards and labor regulations.
• Flexibility to work shift rotations, including night shifts and weekends, to support 24/7 operations.
