E2E Affiliate Executive

About the role

You will drive e-commerce growth through live streaming, short video, and affiliate campaigns while working closely with creators and platforms like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada. You will shape content that sells, turn traffic into real GMV, guide junior teammates, and push fresh ideas that make campaigns perform better every week.

Key responsibilities

• Manage direct relationships with top creators and macro influencers, brief them on campaign mechanics, commissions, and timelines, while continuously scouting for rising stars to expand the network
• Plan and schedule live streams and short videos aligned with the sales calendar, support script planning, product selection, and performance recaps for every live show
• Develop monthly content calendars integrating both affiliate and internal activities, brief creative teams on visual assets to ensure timely delivery for creators and campaigns
• Monitor GMV and key performance metrics across all channels, prepare data-driven reports and optimization plans to hit sales targets in future campaigns
• Work closely with internal teams and platform partners like TikTok Shop, Shopee, and Lazada to resolve real-time issues and ensure seamless campaign delivery

Qualifile

• 1–2 years experience in Affiliate Marketing, Content Operations, or E-commerce
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related fields
• Proactive and sharp with strong negotiation skills
• Understanding of how affiliate sales, commissions, and online shoppers work
• Good with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for tracking performance and pulling reports
• Fluent in Thai with a good command of English for team collaboration and partner coordination
• Experience with TikTok Shop Affiliate or live commerce systems is a plus
