Associate Installation & Service Engineer (Thailand)

Job Overview

As an Installation & Service Engineer, you will support the installation, maintenance, and servicing of equipment at customer sites in Thailand. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want hands-on technical exposure, on-the-job training, and a strong foundation in engineering service operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in installation, commissioning, and testing of machines at customer sites
• Perform preventive maintenance and basic troubleshooting
• Support service engineers in resolving mechanical and electrical issues
• Prepare service reports and basic documentation
• Communicate with customers in a professional and service-oriented manner
• Travel to up-country customer sites when required

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/mechanical engineering or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates are welcome, relevant internship or hands-on experience is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of mechanical or electrical engineering principles
• Computer literate (MS Office, basic systems usage)
• This position is based in Bangkok and requires travel to various industrial estates outside of Bangkok. A valid driving license (local resident) or international driving license is preferred for foreign talents
• This role requires to be able to communicate effectively with our Chinese speaking clients
