Service Manager (China)

About the Role

Join Our Team as a Service Manager at RateHawk! We're a fast-growing international travel-tech company looking for a Service Manager to take care of our top B2B partners in China. You should be passionate about travel and tech and fluent in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support a select group of key partners and act as their primary contact for escalations and complex issues
• Monitor ongoing cases in our CRM and ensure nothing gets stuck; step in early when attention is needed
• Send regular updates to clients and check in to ensure satisfaction
• Track service performance using tools like Tableau and SQL and prepare reports
• Join client meetings, gather feedback, and represent client needs internally
• Collaborate with operations, support, and tech teams to improve service

Qualifications

• Advanced level of English and Mandarin — speak and write fluently
• Comfortable working with data and tools such as CRM systems, dashboards, Tableau and SQL
• Quick learner with a results focus and ability to juggle multiple tasks under stress
• Strong sense of empathy and client-centric mindset
• Experience in travel (concierge agencies, TMCs, DMCs, tour operators) or in account/service management (B2B advantage)
