About the Role

Fertilizer Formulation & Product Development Specialist at CPF Group. Location: Ayutthaya. Hybrid working across Lab, Manufacturing Plant, and Field. Able to travel domestically & internationally.

Responsibilities

• Design and improve tailored fertilizer formulations based on crop needs, raw material compatibility, and market trends.
• Lead field trials to evaluate product performance, analyze data, and build science-backed product claims.
• Bridge R&D and production to transform lab concepts into large-scale commercial manufacturing (scale-up).
• Research new raw materials and AgTech trends to optimize production costs while maximizing product efficiency.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Sales, Marketing, and Agronomy teams to develop market-driven products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agricultural Science, Soil Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Proven experience in fertilizer/plant nutrient formulation and product development.
• Deep understanding of raw material compatibility, formulation stability, and plant nutrition.
• Commercial mindset with ability to translate complex plant science into market-driven solutions.
• Comfortable working across lab, manufacturing plant, and field environments.
