About Binance Accelerator Program

Binance Accelerator Program is a concise 3 - 6 months fixed-term program designed for Early Career Talent to gain an immersive experience in the rapidly expanding Web3 space. Participants will experience life at Binance, focus on networking and professional development, and be hired under a junior fixed-term contract.

Who May Apply

• Current university students and recent graduates
• Current Bachelors and Masters students

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Binance's KYC platform at global scale
• Define and document clear API contracts between KYC services and downstream consumers
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills to resolve issues reported by QA
• Assist the Customer Support team to solve customer problems and classify them for system improvement

Qualifications

• Computer-related major, Bachelor or Masters degree
• Solid Java foundation and understanding of basic frameworks such as multithreading and networking
• Familiar with Spring microservice framework and understanding of its operation mechanisms
• Familiar with MySQL and common middleware such as Redis, RabbitMQ and Kafka
• Good logical thinking, strong sense of teamwork and strong learning ability
• Fluency in English to coordinate with overseas partners and stakeholders; additional languages are an advantage
• Experience with open source projects is preferred
