Job Description

Cloud Product Specialist

• Support cloud product lifecycle from requirement gathering to launch and improvement.
• Turn business and customer needs into product roadmap, features, and enhancement plans.
• Develop sales enablement materials, product documentation, and competitive analysis reports
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, sales, and support to ensure service readiness and issue resolution.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
• Support pricing, packaging, and go-to-market activities to improve competitiveness and growth.
• Track product performance, service quality, and market movement for continuous improvement.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer science, Computer engineering, IT or other related fields
• 2–5 years of experience in Product Specialist, Product Management, Presales, Business Development, or Cloud-related roles
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, fast-growing cloud technology business
• Strong organizational skills and ability to take on multiple assignments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Good command of English
