Senior Manager, Influencer Management

About the Role

As a Senior Manager, Influencer Management at AnyMind Thailand, you will transition from tactical oversight to strategic leadership. You are responsible for driving the long-term growth and excellence of the influencer management function. This role demands a visionary leader who can synchronize influencer strategies with broader business goals, lead a high-performing team of managers and specialists, and cultivate high-level partnerships across the digital ecosystem. You will not only oversee campaign success but also innovate the way AnyMind utilizes technology and data to stay at the forefront of the MarTech industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual strategic roadmap for the Influencer Management department, ensuring alignment with AnyMind’s "Borderless" business vision.
• Act as the primary owner for resolving complex, multi-layered problems, including internal cross-team conflicts and issues involving clients and influencers.
• Serve as the senior escalation point and relationship lead for top-tier influencers, celebrities, and key talent agencies to secure exclusive collaborations.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-tiered team; develop leadership capabilities of Managers and foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning.
• Conduct in-depth P&L performance analysis to identify profit drivers and cost-saving opportunities and conceptualize high-margin service packages to accelerate revenue growth.
• Lead adoption of AnyTag and other AI-powered tools to automate workflows, enhance data-driven reporting, and provide cutting-edge insights to clients.
• Collaborate with Senior Management in Sales, Creative, and D2C to create integrated, full-funnel solutions leveraging influencer power for next-generation commerce.
• Monitor global social media shifts and emerging platform trends (TikTok, YouTube, etc.) to proactively advise clients on first-to-market opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field with 8+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing or Digital Advertising.
• At least 3 years in a significant leadership/managerial role and experience managing a team of 10 or more people.
• Proven ability to move beyond campaign execution to long-term business planning and process optimization.
• Deep familiarity with influencer platforms (AnyTag/AnyCreator) and a strong track record of using AI tools to improve team productivity.
• Exceptional command of English and Thai, with the ability to influence and present to C-suite stakeholders and high-profile talent.
• Proven track record of meeting ambitious revenue targets and KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about coaching and building career paths for team members; expert in applying new AI tools with measurable success.
