About the Role

NOC (Network Operation Center) is the central command and control center for Transportation Execution across the supply chain, supporting multiple geographies. It ensures timely pick-up and delivery of freight from vendors to fulfillment centers (FC) and from FCs to carrier hubs, resolves exceptions, monitors network trends, and drives process improvements and automation.

Purview

• A Trans Ops Representative facilitates information flow between stakeholders (carriers, hubs, vendors/suppliers, FCs) and resolves issues impacting customer experience and business continuity.
• Works across Inbound (vendor/carrier/FC relationships, pickups to delivery) and Outbound (FC/carrier/carrier hub relationships, freight leaving FC to customer delivery) operations.
• Researches and queries internal tools, makes real-time decisions, analyzes data and trends, and proposes or drives process changes.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with external customers (carriers, vendors/suppliers) and internal teams (retail, finance, software support, fulfillment centers).
• Systematically escalate problems or data variances to relevant owners and follow through to resolution.
• Create narratives and present weekly findings and variances to goals in review forums.
• Provide real-time customer experience support in a 24x7 operating environment.
• Ideate process improvements and drive them to conclusion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 12–24 months of work experience.
• Good communication skills (written and oral) for facilitating stakeholder interactions.
• Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work night shifts.

• Strong logical skills.
• Experience analyzing network or logistics data.
