Responsibilities

• Lead daytime technician team to perform planned maintenance tasks including MTC, preventive and predictive maintenance on production machines
• Implement machine improvements and analyse machine pain points to drive reliability and uptime
• Allocate maintenance resources and coordinate work to meet production needs
• Provide technical mentoring and training to technician team members

Qualifications

• High vocational certificate or equivalent qualification or higher
• Minimum 3–5 years of demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician
• Automotive industry experience preferred
• Proven expertise in technical mentoring and training capabilities
