About the Program

The program offer students an opportunity to gain practical experience within one of the world's leading manufacturing companies. Qualifications

• Current undergraduate or postgraduate student pursuing a degree in any Engineering discipline.
• Available to undertake a full-time internship in Thailand for the program duration (October - December 2026).
• Willing to be based at Michelin Thailand at assigned manufacturing site.
• Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic, multicultural working environment.
• Passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and making a meaningful impact through your work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
